Requirements:

• 10 years of experience as an Application Manager.
• Experience with electronic records.
• Knowledge of electronic file management.
• Solid command over compliance regulations.
• Experience working with Windows file system.
• Experience in Imanage and Folder Assignments.
• Strong experience with PowerDesktop and IT Governance.
• Master's degree in IT/CS and/or relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the work of staff involved in programming, computer operations or support services.
• Propose resolution of any issues.
• Manage communication, tracking, and notification of system issues, solutions, and timing of resolutions.
• Provide Technical Support and guidance to non- technical team members.
• Support records procedures and policies.
